DBSS Group takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page explains what information we collect on this website, why, and what your rights are.

Information collected

• Quote requests, contact, appointments: name, company, phone, email, city, message and any attachments.
• Job applications and suppliers: form details and documents sent (CV, company profile).
• Business client area: users' names and emails, tracked items (vehicles, equipment…), interventions and documents.
• Loyalty card: name, phone number and visits.

Use

This information is only used to answer your requests, prepare your pro forma invoices, organise our work, manage your client area and loyalty card, and keep you informed. It is never sold or rented.

Who can access it

Only authorised DBSS Group staff, according to their role, and our hosting provider for technical storage.

Retention

Requests without follow-up are kept for at most 3 years after the last contact; data related to a contract or an invoice, for as long as the business relationship and accounting obligations require.

Security

Secure connection (HTTPS), access protected by password or one-time code, role-based permissions and an activity log.

Cookies

The website only uses cookies required for it to work (login session, language choice). No advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@dbss-group.com. We will reply as soon as possible.
